Houstonians

Can believe that is what they call themselves? I guess what else would you call yourself if you lived in houston texas? Houstites? That would be weird. But whatever you call them...we are soon to be one. I know crazy, i literally researched hurricanes for like 2 hours this morning. IKE was bad last year, but they have been pretty few and far between. I guess we will just have to make friends in Austin, and we already have friends in WACO...so hopefully we will survive the storms if they come. This is going to be a huge move for us, can't really say I am excited to move...but I am excited for adventure. We all need it right?

Uh Hello?? You have friends in DALLAS!! The hurricanes NEVER come as far as Dallas so you'll be safe with us. Don't worry, my criterion for moving was #1 International Airport, #2 Temple, #3 Low risk of natural disaster.

I can't believe you forgot we were moving there....:) When are you going??? This is important for me to know so update me ASAP. I'M SO EXCITED you guys have made a decision! Seriously, Houston is only like 4 hours from Dallas. Pretty much we'll be spending every holiday together. Never thought we'd live in Texas right? Oh man!

By the way, the guy who interviewed Clark last year in Dallas actually used the word 'boondoggle' seriously in a sentence! :) Just something to look forward to.

Congrats!!!! You have courage that I don't have. I could never live in a climate as hot as Texas. I would die.

Sarah... did I already respond to you... I don't remember (weird things happen to you when you become a mom!) Either way I am soo glad you wrote me, I was pretty anti-blogging until I realized that none of my family lives close to me and that I have a child they like to see! Friends too! So congrats on all the accomplishments and things you two are doing. Kevin and Aubrey (my brother and his wife) lived in Houston for a summer, it was crazy hot and humid, but the city is so big that there is tons to do! Good luck with everything, keep in touch girl!

I hope you know I'm teasing you. :) I'm just glad we'll have someone relatively close. See you soon!

Well, if you are Houstonians I guess that makes us Mesquiteians? Justin and I have been here in Dallas for about a week now. And now the extended family has two good reasons to have a family reunion in Texas! Hope the move goes well. Good luck.
